On the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, the Athens Farmers Market Cooking Demonstrations explore the flavors of locally grown produce! During our two thirty-minute demos, at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., local chefs, home cooks, and even farmers will be demonstrating their favorite dishes, with a focus on demonstrating the skills and preparation techniques needed to create an easy and delicious meal. These veggie-centric dishes using seasonal market produce can help you think creatively about your shopping list and prepare meals the whole family will enjoy.
