ATTENTION MEAT, EGG, AND DAIRY PRODUCER APPLICANTS. Please see updated version of the new Application form. We have clarified CNG requirements and added need for example labeling. If you have already submitted your application no need to resubmit. We will be in touch if there are any additional questions.

Note: Payment of annual market fees is not required until notice from the Board of Directors that your Application is approved.  An application fee, if applicable, is due along with your application.
